Refund policy

At Afrevia, we take pride in our handcrafted candles and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

Because our candles are custom-blended and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

  • Once your return request is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If a product is damaged or defective, we can provide a replacement once the issue has been confirmed.

Shipping Damages

If your package arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging. Take photos of both the product and packaging, then contact us at support@afreviarituals.com . This helps us file a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement promptly.
