At Afrevia, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its journey.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@afreviarituals.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
